Get started with Massar Warehouse & Logistics
Massar Warehouse & Logistics connects your Shopify store to Massar’s warehousing, fulfillment, and cash-on-delivery courier network in Egypt. To use the app you need an active Massar fulfillment account. This page explains the service and how to register for one.
What the service does
- New, updated, and cancelled Shopify orders sync to Massar automatically — no CSV exports or manual entry.
- Orders are picked, packed, and delivered by Massar’s courier network, with printed waybills carrying your brand.
- Cash-on-delivery amounts are collected and reconciled per order.
- Payouts are settled to your account on a set schedule.
- Connect several stores to one brand account.
Requirements
The Shopify app is free to install and has no in-app charges. Physical warehousing and delivery are provided by Massar under your Massar service agreement, like any third-party logistics provider. You need:
- A Shopify store selling physical goods delivered within Egypt.
- A Massar fulfillment account — this gives you a store link code (format
MSR-XXXX-XXXX) that you enter once in the app to connect your store to your Massar account.
How to register
Create your Massar account online. Answer five short questions and your Massar dashboard login is created immediately; your store link code is shown in the dashboard under Applications → Shopify Store.

After you register
- Install this app from the Shopify App Store.
- The app opens in your Shopify admin and asks for your store link code. Enter the code we sent you.
- You’ll see “Connected successfully” — new orders now flow to Massar, and you can import your existing order history with one click.
